How long does the carpet take to dry?
Typically 4 to 8 hours. We use hot water extraction plus strong air movement to speed things up.
Is the online price final?
The website gives you a starting estimate based on the service, size, and any conditions you flag. Final pricing is confirmed after we inspect the job in person — it can vary depending on condition, size, and fabric type.
Can you guarantee stain removal?
We can't guarantee every stain will fully lift — some are set into the fiber permanently — but every job includes professional pre-treatment and spot treatment, and we'll always tell you honestly what to expect before we start.
What conditions should I mention when booking?
Pet accidents, spills, heavy traffic areas, odors, and old or unknown stains all help us bring the right pre-treatment and quote you accurately.
